Blogs Are Dead

According to the Wales on Sunday's 'Sunday Roast' (a limp attempt at a Sun style celeb page), blogs are dead!
Twitter has officially killed the blog. Who wants to read more than 140 characters these days?
A pertinent question would be, who wants to read the Wales on Sunday celeb page these days? Other highlights on the page include Britain's Got Talent dancer George Sampson (Barely remember him) is playing Bridgend, X-Factor reject James Williams (Who?) is having a make-over and TV Presenter Liz Fuller (Who???) is going to LA.

If that's true then Wales On Sunday and every other newspaper is dead too!

Blogs are just an emerging technology which has been eclipsed by a trend... give it time... quality always triumphs quantity.... even if this time it's less.

Their statement is based on the presumption that one technology/medium supersedes another, rather than evolve and converge.
