Congratulations Paul

Now I may be cynical but I'm not a complete bastard. Honest.

I'd like to congratulate Paul Flynn MP on winning 'Welsh MP of the Year' at the Welsh Politician of the Year awards last night. I'd also like to offer my sympathies to every single Welsh MP who have finished runners up to Paul. What have they spent the last year doing to finish below him exactly? Devil worship?

I'd also like to congratulate Paul on striking a deal to have his book published by arch-Tory and Media mogul Iain Dale. Although according to Iain they haven't come up with a title. Suggestions in the comments please.
